Shipping Policies for Pre-College Outreach Resources:

Shipping: Shipping to PO Boxes is not permitted. Please supply a street address. International Shipping is not available for Pre-College Outreach products.

Rush Orders: Overnight shipping may be available for U.S. customers when orders are place by phone between 9 am and noon (EST) the business day before you wish to receive your merchandise. To place a rush order, call ASCE's Customer Service and Fulfillment Department at 1-800-548-2723 or 703-295-6300 and speak to a representative.

Merchandise Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your pre-college outreach order, return it undamaged within 30 days for a full refund, exchange, or credit of your purchase price. If your return is due to our error, we will also refund the shipping costs. 

Please provide your order number, reason for return, and complete contact information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. If you are an ASCE member, please provide your member number.
